Trainer signatures (approve dropdown)
Upload a trainer name + signature image. Entries appear in the Approve dropdown and are printed on the certificate (name under the signature). Each trainer keeps a fixed ID until you delete it; uploading the same name again only replaces the image (ID stays the same).

Workshop Certificate Requests
Applicants submit name + college + workshop via Workshop → Get Workshop Certificate. Approve one row with Approve, or select multiple pending rows and use Approve selected. Confirm the certificate date and trainer signature — both are printed on each generated certificate.
